Cancellation Policy – Clubs Queensland Awards for Excellence: All cancellations must be made in writing to Clubs Queensland via [email protected]. Your registration will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing at least thirty (30) business days before the event. Cancellations made after this time cannot be refunded. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person at no cost.
