The 10pt Workplace Relations Health Check is a comprehensive audit of your club’s practices and procedures to ensure the Club is compliant with requirements of the Fair Work Act and the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award.
Further, it also ensures that the Club has measures in place to minimise risk through having sound engagement, induction, training and development, performance management and warning and termination records.
The 10pt Workplace Relations Health Check is included as part of the subscription service for Clubs who are WRC Essentials and Comprehensive members. As part of the check, a Workplace Relations Advisor will review the following areas of your club:
- Commencing employment
- Policies and procedures
- Modern Award and the NES
- Letters of offer
- Salaried arrangements
- Time and Wage records
- Leave Management
- Performance management
- Dismissal procedure
Following the review, which can be conducted either in person, over the phone or via zoom, a detailed report will be provided to the Club outlining the findings to in focusing on areas that require attention.

Bookings are essential for all events to avoid disappointment. All booking must be paid in full prior to the event.
Registration Cancellation Policy Events and Training:
You must inform the Clubs Queensland in writing if you wish to cancel part or full registration at least seven (7) full working days prior to the Event/Training Course date to receive a full refund.
