The purpose of the SGM is to vote on proposed changes to Clubs Queensland’s Rules of Association which primarily includes relaxing the eligibility requirement to nominate for a position on the Clubs Queensland Board, plus a number of other minor changes.

You are warmly invited to attend a Special General Meeting (SGM) of Clubs Queensland on Thursday 7 October 2021 at the Norths Devils Leagues Club.  
 
The purpose of the SGM is to vote on proposed changes to Clubs Queensland’s Rules of Association which primarily includes relaxing the eligibility requirement to nominate for a position on the Clubs Queensland Board, plus a number of other minor changes.

If you are intending to attend, register via the below link or on our website, so we may track numbers for the purposes of quorum and also to ensure we keep within any gathering restrictions that may apply at the time of the SGM.

In line with our COVID Safe Event Checklist, we have the right to refuse entry into the workshop with anyone displaying any COVID-19 symptoms.

If you do not receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION, you have not completed your booking. Please return to your shopping cart and SUBMIT ORDER. If you see NO PROGRAM ITEMS HAVE BEEN SELECTED please return to the event and ADD the number of tickets required. Continue to SHOPPING CART and SUBMIT ORDER.

Bookings are essential for all events to avoid disappointment. All booking must be paid in full prior to the event.

Registration Cancellation Policy Events and Training: 
You must inform the Clubs Queensland in writing if you wish to cancel part or full registration at least seven (7) full working days prior to the Event/Training Course date to receive a full refund.  Refunds will not be given if you cancel your registration within seven (7) full working days of the commencement of the Event/Training Course.
